Ever since I started out on Ebay in 2001 I have aimed to make each transaction smooth and pleasant for both buyers and sellers.

I welcome questions from bidders and buyers, and try to make buying from me as easy and trouble-free as possible.

I designed this site with my customers in mind - I have had an Ebay shop since I started out, but found that it could be hard to search effectively with many different items.

I wanted a site that would show buyers my items in a logical way, so that looking through my items would be as easy as possible.

I also wanted to include a way for buyers to search for their orders to find out despatch dates and methods easily.

When I buy online I like to know when I should be getting my goods, and if they are on the way yet.

I also felt that it would be good to provide useful information to my customers on issues that affect online sellers, such as tax, distance selling regulations, and how to run a successful business on Ebay.

My forum provides both order search and information for sellers (and buyers).
